If a VA needs to be replaced within 30 days, we will start the process over again for free. Once it’s beyond 30 days, the product will be considered fully delivered and no replacements will be made.

You will need to provide a sourcing tool or tools of some sort, access to Keepa on their own account, and you will be paying the VA their hourly rate of $4-$6/hour (typically $4-$5/hour). Plus we recommend a 13th month bonus, but we’ll cover that in our training.

You will be the one making purchasing decisions on the best ASINs filtered/found. As your VA earns your trust, you could use them for that role as well of course.

A lead is simply an Amazon Product that is tied to a supplier for that product where you can purchase the item. Typically we recommend making your minimum qualification for a lead at 0% ROI but some sellers elect to go even into the negative profit territory. So why would we do this? With 3P Mercury, this tool will track ALL of these products. As Amazon prices change or if you get a discount from a supplier, you want to save this information in your lead database. Your VA will be responsible for helping find and store thousands of new leads into your 3P Mercury dashboard so you are building your OWN database of potentially profitable items.

One of the core strategies we teach in the Evergreen Sourcing System that you will get access to, is how to start your sourcing based on ungated products in your account. Our aim is to find as many ungated items as possible. However, as the VA is sourcing, they will find restricted leads as well and you will still want to store these in your database for 3P Mercury to track. Restrictions can open up over time and with 3P Mercury doing the heavy lifting for you, it doesn’t matter if you add these to your lead tracker. This is about building a large lead database that only YOU have access to and we will help you do that.

Three big factors here. First, even if that did happen, you still have thousands (and soon tens of thousands) of ASINs in your 3PMercury database that you can filter from! Next, we are taking extreme measures to ensure the VAs don’t know what other VAs are in the program. Even group trainings will be conducted in such a way that no one knows who else is watching the session. 3PMercury itself even has a feature that allows multiple VAs to be actively supporting your business while logged in, and none of them are able to contact the others if you so choose. Finally – you are in charge of what tools, websites, strategies and scraping methods your VA uses. It will be impossible for a VA to fake those results. In other words, this is a non-issue for many reasons.

We will talk to anyone about this program of course, but in the first round of launch will be VERY LIMITED in group size and we are giving heavy preference to those who respond quickly, coaching students and those who have a recent month of Amazon reselling results totaling $10,000 or more.
